Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is one type of psychotherapy in which a trained professional helps a single person work through personal issues they have been facing. It is an effective treatment for a wide range of emotional difficulties and mental illnesses such as childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem.
Family Therapy
Family Therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy is usually provided by a psychologist, clinical social worker, or licensed therapist.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a form of psychological therapy used to treat relationship distress for one or both individuals in the relationship, as well as the couple as a pair. The purpose of couples therapy is to restore a better level of functioning in couples who experience relationship distress. The reasons for distress can include poor communication skills, incompatibility, or a broad spectrum of psychological disorders that include domestic violence, alcoholism, depression, and anxiety.
Adolescent/Teen Therapy
Adolescent Therapy provides support to adolescents ages 13-17 who may present with any of the following: anxiety/stress, depression/low mood, gender identity/sexuality issues, behavioral changes, learning challenges/learning diagnosis, overwhelming feelings of stress/anger/loneliness, self-mutilation/self-harm, trauma, grief.
Substance Use Therapy
A person with an addiction uses a substance or engages in a behavior for which the rewarding effects provide a compelling incentive to repeat the activity, despite detrimental consequences. Addiction may involve the use of substances such as alcohol, inhalants, opioids, cocaine, nicotine, or behaviors such as gambling.
