    Ms. Rye is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. She holds licensure in Alabama, California, Florida, Louisiana, Oregon, Texas, and Nevada, and is a National Certified Counselor with over 16 years of experience in mental and behavioral health.

    Her journey began in 2007 as a Juvenile Probation Officer, where her work in social services sparked a passion for mental health. Today, she leads Genuine Hearts Treatment Clinic with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families heal and thrive.

    As a therapist, Ms. Rye offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She works to reduce stigma around mental health and believes in the power of open, honest conversations.

A proud graduate of Southern University A&M College, she currently serves as a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor and contractor with Genuine Hearts Treatment Clinic.

    Ms. Carter specializes in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and trauma. Her clinical work is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
